- Adding the 50ml oil gradually, making the paste lot more creamier....just leave the paste in the fridge to cool down.....
Blend them with salt, curry powder, soy sauce, vinegar and cold water until smooth and silky. Once seeds have soaked, drain and rinse them off with fresh water. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Add all sunflower seed sour cream ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a super smooth dip. This migth take a while because unlike cashew nuts sunflower seeds are harder and take longer to process.
